Xstrata Boshoek scheduled a major plant shutdown requiring extensive maintenance work across multiple areas. Leveraging our director's experience as former Process Coordinator at this facility, our team was responsible for coordinating various maintenance activities including refractory installations, equipment servicing, and safety inspections to ensure timely completion.
Execute all planned maintenance activities safely and efficiently to enable the plant to resume full operations on schedule.
